Volda University College cancels all campus teaching from Thursday 12th of March. Campus classes will be replaced with alternative teaching as soon as possible. Online education goes as planned.

Volda University College is following national guidelines for responding to the coronavirus. The leadership at the college encourages all students and staff to follow closely the information provided by the college, the health authorities and other official sources.

The International Office is happy to announce that we are looking for two trainees in Pangaia. The positions are available from 1st August 2020, for the entire duration of the academic year 2020/2021.

Experiencing Internationalization: The International Day 2020 included fruitful conversations with exchange students, an interesting presentation from guest speakers, and – most important – the chance of studying abroad.

The Czech Slovak Night provided a main and dessert and everyone ate so much of it there were nearly no leftovers.

October 10th is World Mental Health Day. At VUC, we use the entire month to focus on this important subject. This week’s program includes a class in dealing with loneliness, an early morning work-out and free lunch for all students and employees. 

Almost 1300 students visited the Student Health Clinic in Volda in 2018. "The figures clearly show that this is an important service for students," says Director of Studies at Volda University College, Gonnie Smit.
