Course content

The aim of figure drawing is to train the student in observation and drawing skills. This will provide tools and a foundation for solving technical animation challenges throughout the bachelor's program. The course is intended for students who have already learned the basic principles of figure drawing. The student will gain expanded knowledge of proportions, anatomy, movement, and composition, and learn to engage with more complex forms. The student will also learn to recognize proportional relationships within a limited timeframe and, more generally, gain a deeper understanding of the possibilities of drawing as an artistic expression. The main objective of the course is for students to maintain and further develop the skills acquired in Figure Drawing 1 and 2.
