Volda University College (VUC) is a public university of applied sciences with over 150 years of tradition in higher education. VUC offers study programmes in Arts, Education, Media, Humanities and Social Science.

VUC offers single courses taught in English for incoming exchange students, the English-taught MA in Media Practices, or the 1-year Norwegian language course (NIS) that enables international students to apply for study programmes taught in Norwegian.
