Uniqe course: World Heritage Experiences
The study is directed towards geo-tourism, sustainable tourism and mediation/promotion from a broad perspective, all the way
from planning and accomplishing activities based on self-experience in the world heritage area to documentation and presentation of the gathered knowledge through various media.
The study may be part of a Bachelor’s degree as well as being a separate course of 30 credits. The competence awarded may
be used in culture mediation and information, as is practised in museums, schools, tourism and health institutions.
The course can also be relevant for Bachelor’s degrees within Culture, Tourism, Environmental Management, Sports and Outdoor Life, Media and Economy.
