Frankulstein at Zagreb 2015
– It's been accepted into the Commissioned Films section, so fingers crossed for a good result in June, says Andres Mänd, one of the producers at Volda University College.
Frankulstein is a result of a cooperation between Ulstein Group and Volda University College. This is one of two films from the cooperation. The animation technique used for Frankulstein is Stop Motion.
Synopsis
In Ulsteinvik city, at the top of the mountain is perched a dark castle where the ambitious Doctor Frankulstein and Egon, his odd assistant, are building a new creature ... Machines are trembling, sparks fly, the laboratory is in effervescence. Frankulstein at the height of his joy is finally realizing his dream.

The production is a VRI business project carried out by staff and students at the Faculty of Media and Journalism. VRI is the Research Council's special commitment to research and innovation in the regions.
