The hunt for exciting stories and local news is in full swing as the students in the BA Journalism at VUC runs their own media house over the next six weeks.

A recent visit from Tanzania to Volda will ensure close cooperation between the VUC Department of Social Work and child welfare institutions in East Africa.

During the first week of September, a group of 13 international guests from Austria, Czechia, Germany, Hungary, Poland, Spain & Switzerland visited Volda University College (VUC) and participated in the annual International Staff Week. The group was full of praise about their experience in Volda.

The VUC International Office went on a mission to Ireland in April which resulted in two new partnerships with Irish universities i Dublin and Galway. Exchange and cooperation between Norway and Ireland has become more strategically important after Brexit.
